You're Selling winter boots?? I'm sweating and looking for sandals!
There is something seriously warped about sweating in a wave of humidity, walking into an airconditioned store, and seeing winter boots and jackets for sale. I don't care what the fashion experts are telling you that you're supposed to be selling right now. It's still summer over here!
It's the beginning of October. Thanks to a couple of cold nights the leaves have started to change colour, but other than that, with the heat, humidity, and smog, you'd swear it was still mid-July here in Ottawa. Typically we're wearing fall jackets, sweaters, and pants by now. I came home to get my fall/winter clothes - um why did I do that?
Makes you wonder what winter is going to be like this year in Ontario. I don't know if it's global warming, but it's sure getting warm over here!
