(no subject)
wow, freaking weather, it's crazy!!!
beautiful sky, sunshine, a bit windy but that's ok.... 10 min later i heard the first thunder in the distance, another 10 minutes later all hell broke loose!
it stormed, it rained, it hailed, it thundered...
i was running out to my car to get in the garage, distance of 2 metres i was soaked to the bone,
we have 5 doors in our house, the rain came through 4 of them (they were closed!!!), i couldn't see any farther than the big walnut tree (5 metres from our house), there was water coming out of the toilet and the shower, and i forgot to close off the window in our pantry because normaly it can't rain in there because the roof is protecting it, in other words, water in 7 rooms of our house and i'm all alone with my two arms and one body.... it sucked... big...
all our flowers on the balcony are reduced to a few sad hanging leafes, our yard was one big pool and there was a fountain coming out of the sewer (i kid you not it was approximatly half a meter high)... the acres around our house are another big pool, the acre on the hill just washed away (meaning that the soil from the acre got washed down the entire hill), my old aquarium that i had stored on a desk on our pation got washed down (that thing is heavy and it just got thrown over like it was nothing!) and
all in all i don't think i ever saw a weather storm that epic in all my life! and it didn't take longer than 10 minutes...
and my mom is up in the mountains and can't go home because the street is blocked by trees and such...
