voting
Today I went to vote with my mother. The woman overseeing the precinct look-up hands my mother a slip of paper to fill out but not me.
My mom says, "My daughter needs one too." So then the woman says to me, "All these young people come in here and I don't realize they are even old enough to vote!"
So basically this retired lady didn't even think I was 18 yet. I'm going to be 23 in less than a month!
But I guess this is actually a good thing??
