1 week and 2 days!

So I'm 9 days into not smoking and I'm doing awesome. I haven't slipped a single time and I'm so proud of myself. This is really hard to do, but I will be successful.
I'm so ready for the cravings to go away. Each day I notice it less and less, but every once in awhile I get this HUGE urge to smoke and it's usually when I'm stressed or when things aren't going very smoothly.
This morning I couldn't find a shirt I was looking for and I freaked out and really wanted one. *sigh* I just want times like that to stop happening.

Staying busy is the only thing that really helps. My kitchen has never been so clean!
