His name's DemonStalker. He's an old character I made up back in highschool, as an imaginary counter-part to the anime heroine Devil Hunter Yohko. I later adapted him to generally fit into the Otaku Wars! on alt.fan.sailor-moon (if you're not familiar with it, or I just haven't told you about it yet, feel free to ask). Finally, the image you see there is from his City of Heroes incarnation, though still related to the OW! thing.

Celebate for nearly a year, mostly by accident.

Been in a car accident that eventually led to my grandmother's death, with barely a scratch to my own self.
