Life as a Lady of Leisure

I was feeling a bit bad about not going out in the garden to pick up Wednesday's dishes and s3k's cake shapes, just wanting to sit on the sofa and stare at the wall for a bit.

But then I made a mental list of what I've done today, in my life as an idle housewife leading a life of leisure and luxury:

* Breakfast for four, including yoghurt with fresh fruit, sandwiches and tea
* Get everyone dressed and tooth brushed
* Fed the cat twice
* Amazon order
* Painting with EW and counting numbers with s3k
* Made bead hearts with both of them
* 2nd breakfasts of banana and milk
* Put EW to bed
* 6 nappy changes
* Weekend food shopping w. s3k
* Pancakes for lunch
* Pampered p23 (I poured him a glass of water at one point)
* An hour of being an imaginary santa bringing pretend presents (too tired to get out in the garden...)
* Park and cappuccino w. EW, s3k and friend
* 2 washing machines, 1 load hanging up
* 2 loading and unloading dishwasher
* Car washed
* Taco dinner for 4
* Taken food bin out
* Put kids to bed

... and finally, a cup of tea for the sofa.

So next time I feel bad about not doing housework, I'll just return to this list :)
