Interview at EPGD
I went to my interview at 2. Just as the guy asked I did not get there 5 minutes early. I got there right on time. Because I liked the guy and the place I probably won't get the job. "Why," you ask...because I am a pessimist. We shall see. It's a two man studio, the principal and one other designer. The job I applied for is 15 hours a week, 10 bucks an hour. Sucky pay, shitty hours, however I believe I would get valuable knowledge I do not yet posess. I have to wait til next week. The guy was really nice. He was a business major in college and not a designer. He made me take a vocab test. I only missed a couple questions. I got RGB, CSS, HTML, PMS, CMYK, web colors, spec, and ppi correct. He asked if I would be willing to go to the School of Visual Concepts to fill in the holes in my education. I was like HELL YEAH!
