week of grumpy clients. no fun. poncho has recovered. he is perfectly fine and acts like nothing has happened to him. jake kitty is doing ok as well. midnight has gone off to a new home, he really liked the family that came to see him. i couldn't make a big deal of it b/c i didn't want to get upset at work. i got glasses today. my vision has been bad i just have not done anything to correct it b/c well i forget and get too busy w/ other stuff. so i'm adjusting at the moment. i am going to houston this weekend. looking forward to the break from work. i don't understand why the bitchy people still come back? i wouldn't be bothered if they went elsewhere. i guess i'm supposed to keep them 'happy' but yeah. it's *very* hard for me to be all nice and friendly to stupid people. i guess i should *study* for my standards manual 'quiz'. i suppose it would look bad if i failed the stupid test. and a 300 page manual for a place that has 12 employees? oh well. i'd rather get this over and done w/. yes quizzes are required for everyone...they just forgot to give us the manuals about a year ago. that is all.
