A little bragging
Had muh mid-term COOP performance review. I did very well. My boss apparently raved about me. Whatever, it is easy to impress people in da gov. Actually, scratch that. I work very hard even if I don't really have to. I could get away with doing what is expected of me but I like putting a lot of energy in to my work. I am always looking at ways to make myself and other things better. I think of it like some elaborate puzzle I can solve.
The review requires that you come up with at least one weakness and my weakness was jumping to conclusions too quickly (which is part of working fast). I laughed. It's true. Phil's biggest complaint about me is how quickly I get offended by things. Regardless, it is something I am working on but hey, if that is my biggest complaint it ain't so bad.
