Whew. Another semester survived. I am D-O-N-E. Onto packing and moving.
So, as a final project on top of an exam, we had a short paper (we were only allowed to do a maximum of 5 pages of TEXT double spaced - not long in comparison to the 30 page lab reports I am use to) to write for proteins. Despite it being the only non-lab report I have written, I think it is an interesting topic so I will share it with all of y'all. Personally, I don't think it is that hard to read so don't be intimidated because it is SCIENCE. Don't judge the spelling or grammar mistakes (yes, we do get marked on them in science) because this was researched and written in under 24 hours after two weeks of solid exam studying.
ARNT PAS-B and Ltn: Examples of Protein Structure Flexibility as a Starting Point for the Investigation of Specific Mechanisms of Protein Evolution...I hope someone enjoys this.
Phil was going to give me a shinny dollar if I had titled it "My mommy told me that evolution made me who I am: an investigation into protein structure as a starting point for the investigation of specific mechanisms of protein evolution." I chickened out fearing I may loose too many marks.
Excuse me while I go get EXTREMELY sloppy to compensate for the lack of anything fun for the last three weeks. Given how tired I am I think I will be passed out by 9 pm. Should make moving Chandy tomorrow LOTS of fun. :S
