Instead of doing my school work, I'm designing my own superhero. I'm guessing she's inspired by the 2000AD universe being a badass bounty hunter and all . . . but I'm not sure if she's a mutant. She'll probably end up like a Batman-esque character but without all the drama.

Start creating Palmer because there's a good chance this headless drawing may be evil. Or at least a good person with sneaky, self-interested motives. God, I hope your character wears some spandex and a cape. I hope I hope I hope.

And I have to agree with Becky; when I draw it's very sharp and very angular and very dark.

And I have very, very skinny legs.

If you're interested in playing along, or you just wanna sew up a costume for the heck of it, here are the directions I gave Palmer. I've already ignored my own advice and drew a costume before picking a name but whatever.
1. Create a superhero. I mean life story, powers, alternate universe she occupies, and, most importantly, THE NAME. You can't do step two without a name to base it on. Detail, we love detail. Research wikipedia for inspiration.
2. Design a costume. Sketch it, scuplt it, schlack it, I don't care. (That doesn't make much sense but I'm a fan of alliteration.) And make it badass.
3. Be prepared to save the world. Unless you're a villian. (dun dun DUN) Then be prepared to destroy it.

I'm unreasonably excited about this. Probably because it's the most creative thing I've done since August.

Edit: And some Tank Girl. There is definitely some Tank Girl in her.
Edit Again: And Lela from Furturama.
