im new to livejournal. im 21.

i always had an xanga but now i thought id try this out.

my highest was 160. my lowest was 115.

i got so fat, im not even prepared to reveal my weight just yet. but im diving straight back into this.

goal weight: 115 by september 1st.

i feel its do-able.

i can only go to the gym on tuesday, friday, saturday and sunday.

any ideas on what i can do besides running to keep me occuppied and help me shed the lbs?

im gonna try my VERY BEST to stick to liquids all this week. like vegetable soup broth, water and seltzer with lemon.

if anyone has aim and would like to chat and share inspiration id really like that.
