1 C sushi rice or 1 Pkg of Near East Rice Pilaf
1 egg
6 strands raw angel hair pasta (optional)
1 t Ginger
Adobo with Pepper Seasoning
1/2 C Frozen peas.
1. Cook the rice according to the instructions.
2. When the water is almost absorbed, add the angel hair, ginger, and peas.
3. While the angel hair is cooking crack and egg into a frying pan on medium heat (with butter if pan isn't non-stick).
4. Break the yoke and stir fry with a spatula.
5. When egg is starting to solidify, add rice.
6. Cook until the rice begins to become crispy.
