1/2 C. Rice
2 T Sour Cream
Spices
1. Mix chicken and rice.
2. Microwave on high for 1 minute 15 seconds.
3. Mix with sour cream and spices.
4. Serve lukewarm.

Adaptations: This recipe has seem some major adaptations over the years. It started with spanish rice and grilled chicken. It has been doused in Tamarind and Adobo. It has BBQ and lemon flavored. It was my favorite left-overs mish-mash before I went Atkins. :-X Definitely a recipe of the past...
