Kristy and the Amazing Technicolor DreamBlanket
I found this blanket yesterday while wandering around after Spanish. The guy wanted Q250 and I talked him down to Q150. Since I have my own apartment in Denver this year, I figured I could put it on whatever cheap couch/futon I end up with. SO MANY COLORS!
I find myself kind of torn when in marketplace situations. On the one hand, bargaining is expected. It´s what you do. On the other, I know this is the only source of livelihood these people have and I feel bad if I try to get them to the bare minimum price they´ll sell it for because I have more than they do and I should help out. I don´t know.
I don´t really have much else to say for today other than that I start at the school tomorrow and probably won´t be able to get online for a couple days. I have school all day this week and then have Spanish afterwards on Monday and Tuesday and have to be home by 7 for dinner, so there probably won´t be time for more posts until Wednesday at the earliest. I´m sure I´ll have a lot to say once I get done at the school.
