crib update
i got up this morning and called graco, they informed that i needed to call "simplicity" cause that is who makes the crib... i called and explained my problem and the lady says to me "the slats meet all saftey standards my suggestion to you is to buy a mess netting for the inside of the crib by one step ahead... the website is..." that is when i cut her off and said "you know, i am not interested in spending more money on this crib, i will just do away with it and tell everyone i know to stear clear of it" and she said "ok thank you very much"
CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? i mean not even a "ma'am i am sorry that this is happening to you child" NOTHING just a "ok thank you"
someone suggested that i take it up wtih the local news paper and baby mags.... anyone know how i could go about it?
at this point its the POINT that they didnt even try to be helpful! and that is the point that erks me so~
