Woot!
There's definitely a Women's Basketball game tonight, vs. Jackson State at 7pm. Hooray for the girls. Hopefully, if the women keep playing, SoundWave will never have to end... or at least not until the semester ends.
If SoundWave ends too early, I might have to take up a drug or two to get through the rest of this darn year.
In other news,
Spring Break is close.
Only 3 days left, only 3
I'm going home Friday to visit the madre, otherwise she might kill me. I've been home once this semester, and it was only for an hour so that I could go to a funeral, boo.
Benefits of going home:
- she's willing to do all the laundry I have - seriously, there's a ton
- free food
- she's buying me a skim board and a new swimsuit (eff yeah)
- free food
- cash, because she loves me
- seeing the family is nice too
- i get to laugh at my brother for being silly and breaking his foot, and then commend him for being such a badass
Then, it's off to Orange Beach, Florida
... possibly to relive senior trip? but with a whole new cast of characters.
It's going to be a pretty intimate group, Eric, Mahnke, Erica, Katy and me. Eric is such a pimp, sorta.
I think it'll be really really fun.
And guys, you'll probably see me in a cast once we return because I will have most likely broken some bone or another in my outrageous attempt to skim board.
