snorting icelandic dust

must remember to bring another box of kleenex to work... snorting all the old Icelandic newspaper dust while Shifting is not the healthiest thing :-D

walking is SO going good.. i really do hope a can run for about 10-15 minutes every hour when i do it.. or walk a lot faster.. still hurt/stiff towards the end of the walks.. not anywhere bad as before - I stretch all along the way if something starts to feel wrong.. I don't care whose face I stick my butt in while I do it LOL... I feel damn good.

I think I want to wear yoga gear for the rest of my life sooooo comfy & soft ;-)

house is still messy & still have tod/l good bagpipe, fast , pop-y music. Need to register for a couple of courses .. one started yesterday - not sure if I can still get in - but its a distance ed, so there might be hope - i really hope they dont need all my damn transcripts again.. BIG pain in the ass - expensive & time consuming... fuuuck ..will know later.

I'm sure I have missed something that might negate walking
