I landed one 24 hours ago by this guy who lives in the E. Village, works for Morgan Stanley. It's my first gig since Memorial Day weekend, so I'm a little nervous. Especially when he mentioned "frozen margaritas". Mainly b/c I never made them before; I emailed him asking if he plans on using the frozen kind that you can just toss in a blender and let it rip (I felt stupid for asking); I was trying to discourage him from offering them (2-3 kinds) b/c a) it's time consuming if I had to keep rinsing out the blender and there's a line of people waiting for drinks. I did offer some alternative summertime drinks which he seemed to appreciate (never made them, but they seem easy to follow). I also said maybe if you offered 1 type of frozen margarita it could be doable.
Hopefully I won't mess this up...
