Long shot
I know this is a long shot, but it's driving me nuts.
Does anyone know the name and artist of a painting that is hanging in the National Gallery? It is a very large painting and it is of a semi-naked woman(or maybe she isnt naked, now my memory is messing with me) pouring water over her back or to the side, from a water vessel. I thought it was named something like "woman with a water vessel" It's not Vermeer. Not even sure which period or country. Maybe Spain???
