HAPPY AND PISSED
Well, i havent updated in a while, actually I havent BEEN ON in a while b/c my internet sucks!!!
But, now I can say my internet suckED, b/c now I have High Speed! Oh yes go me, I rule!
Anyways, now I can post on friends journals more often, be more active in my community...
but on the downside my 2nd PSP trial just expired, bohhooo!
Actually my friend burned me a copy of his, but I havent figured out how to install it, but Im sure I will soon enough!
Okay what else, besides the fact that my dads friend also fixed my laptop's slowness problem, and everything is going zippity lightspeed in space fast!!! Sorry just extremely happy!
But, on the EXTREMELY SUCKY SIDE, I have a funny/stupid/depressing story to write about (kinda long)
It starts at yesterday when I went to Best Buy to buy my modem and router for the technician guy to come today and install high speed. It wasnt cheap but I knew I could afford to put one my debit card and one on the credit card.
Afterwards, I go to my bank's atm to deposit some cash from babysitting, and I get a balance inquiry just to see where I am of course
And this is what my bank statement says:
-$443.12
Im like WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!!!
Naturally I paniced, but then I was like wait this cant be I check my statement every friday when i deposit $ from babysitting. So it had to be a mistake. So I call (Suntrust by the way!!!) my banks 1800 number when I get home, and the bitch on the phone says sure enough I $400 in the hole.
Im like okay tell me when I first went over, and she told me
July 5 !!! That was a week ago!
This cant be happening I just deposited $100 last friday! And I asked for a balance inquiry!
So I take out my deposit slip, and do you know what the fucking devil said??

Are you kidding me with that dash on the left hand side?!
Yeah thats right a dash! Not a negative sign, neg signs are in front of numbers last time I checked!
So, anyway I figure okay its not the woman on the phones fault the bank is a bunch of morons!
I tell my mom and sister and they are like thats ridiculous blah blah blah, they never even sent you a letter saying you overdrafted by that much!
(And its not even like I spent that much in a week, half, if not more, of that overdraft is the fines they are charging me for continuing purchasing stuff without any $!)
My mom figures she can get me out of it since Ive never overdrafted with this bank in my life!
And they never sent me anything, and their supposed NEGATIVE SIGN is all the way on the LEFT OF THE $DOLLAR AMOUNT! GRRRRRRRRR!
But just now we realized I havent changed my billing address from where I lived in Otown for college back to my house down here in Boca yet, so they could have actually sent me something but I wouldnt be getting it! WHAT KIND OF LUCK DO I HAVE!?? THIS IS BULLSHIT I DONT HAVE $500 TO PAY THE BANK IN OVERDRAFT FEES!!!!
But you know what, Im not gona let it bother me, I have high speed now,
and I am one happy LJer!!!
