things are breaking apart and reassembling themselves in ways i do not understand.
lately i have been having a lot of dreams about babies.
i just talked to my mother, who was driving home through snow and ice in michigan. i am about to ride by bicycle home (NO WINTER JACKET) in texas.
tonight the UT SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA is playing at Bates at 8pm. we are playing Beethoven 3, Jennifer Higdon Blue Cathedral, and Brahms Academic Overture. it is being broadcast via the internet here.
also of notable interest: i will be in Michigan from December 20th until January 9th.
