Looked like fun, so here goes:
1. Can you cook? Sort of; I like to bake, but my husband loves cooking in general, so I usually just let him go for it and I do the cleanup after!
2. What was your dream growing up? At one point I wanted to be a ballerina, paleontologist, and bulldozer operator - all three! (On different days of the week, naturally!)
3. What talent do you wish you had? Enough talent as a singer to sustain a career. I love to sing, and I have a decent choral voice, but I don't have the vocal talent of a soloist.
4. Favourite place? Home with my family, watching TV, gaming, or surfing the net.
5. Favourite vegetable? Tomatoes and bell peppers.
6. What was the last book you read? Does TV Guide count? I don't find much time for reading these days with an 18-month-old; my reading, like my TV watching, has to come in short bursts as I have the time. (Thank goodness for TiVo!)
7. What zodiac sign are you ? Aries.
8. Any Tattoos and/or Piercings?
Tattoos: Anklet on the left with a Celtic style braid and a banner with mine and my husbands' names.
Piercings: Just earrings, three on the right and four on the left.
9. Worst Habit? My vices are mostly good ones; biggest one I can think of is that I can't relax until the house is neat (dishes done, garbage taken out, laundry folded, toys picked up, etc.). I refuse to sit down and have TV time until these things are in order.
10. Do we know each other outside of LJ? Not that I know of...
11. What is your favourite sport? I mainly like the girly sports, like gymnastics and figure skating; and I'm not even that into those anymore. SnowboardCross is kinda fun to watch. Oh, and I like to watch my young cousins play soccer.
12. Negative or Optimistic attitude? Between my husband and me, I'm definitely the optimist. (Drives him crazy!)
13. What would you do if you were stuck in an elevator with me? Press the alarm button? Odd question!
14. Worst thing to ever happen to you? It's depressing, I'd rather not share.
15. Tell me one weird fact about you: I love late '80s and early '90s rap music (after the early '80s, when it was about what you had for lunch, but before the late '90s, when it got all angry and gangsta). I like Tone Loc, Candyman, and Sir Mix-A-Lot, to name a few.
16. Do you have any pets? A black-and-white cat named Elvis.
17. Do you know how to do the macarena? Yup.
18. What time is it where you are now? 8:15 PM.
19. Do you think clowns are cute or scary? Depends on the clown. I don't have a fear of them or anything, though.
20. If you could change one thing about how you look, what would it be? I'd like to be a little more tan (I'm white as a sheet).
21. Would you be my crime partner or my conscience? Your conscience, definitely. I'm a total goody-good.
22. What color eyes do you have? Blue-grey-greenish.
23. Ever been arrested? No!! (See question 21.)
24. Bottle or Draft? Can I have a cappuccino instead, please? (See question 21.)
25. If you won $10,000 today, what would you do with it? Put it toward paying off debts (college and credit card).
26. What kind of bubble gum do you prefer to chew? RainBlo gumballs, preferably the yellow speckled or the red.
28. Do you believe in ghosts? Nope, but I love supernatural/fantasy/horror. Go figure.
29. Favourite thing to do in your spare time? Hang out around the house with my husband, watching TiVo.
30. Do you swear a lot? When my daughter's not around! (Can't have her repeating those words!!)
31. Biggest pet peeve? People who depend on others to support them. Everyone needs help sometimes, myself included, but you've gotta do your part to provide for yourself and your family, rather than letting the taxpayers do it for you.
32. In one word, how would you describe yourself? Kristina. Too obvious? Okay, redhead.
