dont drink poison
not much going on. i was just eatting with a plastic fork and tried to use it as a knife and lost bit of fork in my bowl. problematic. but i think i can handle it. thats about the most exciting thing thats gone on all day. ok not really, but still.
this weekend was nice and relaxing but upsetting when i realize that i totally used it to ignore all the impending crap that i have to do. thursday was the wake which was good to go to, friday got to hang out with bronwyn, monica, casey, jakub, ted, and a bunch of characters at scott's house (you ladies, i already told you how much i enjoyed that crazy good time). just lost another piece of fork, now thats strange. or is it more strange that i continued to eat with the already broken fork? i digress.
saturday i went to a fall open house at school to represent the collegia program. go commuters. also saw bronwyn and monica (twice in one week for more than 30 seconds is damn good), i do love them. then radio show, freak out about impending doom of homework, and "video games live!" at the paramount with portions of ted's family. i actually really enjoyed that because 1) i am a music geek and love orchestra music especially when accompanied with choral music! seriously, some of those video game songs are damn epic sounding. and 2) i really enjoy learning about things that ted enjoys. i am no master or player of video games (except super mario, tetris and zoop!) but the whole gamer culture is something that is very important to him and something that i will never understand, so i saw that as a rad opportunity to learn more.
sunday, blessed sleeping in, freaked out about apartment manager's "request to inspect" our apartment.
my halloween was sad. midterm, papers, choir rehersal, ted's boss selling the company... weird.
lots of shit to do, but i am not going to whine about it here. though, i am feeling good cuz i whipped up a pretty impressive paper concerning the role of the white upper-class female in multiracial feminism this afternoon.
and now we ride! or just stay right here... and thats alright.
