I posted a note on my facebook and I might as well do it here too..
My education at RIT is coming to an end.. After this quarter, I'm going back home in Indiana and go to a different school in January. Don't get me wrong. I love it here at RIT but the academics here doesn't offer the major I want. I've always wanted to major in mathematics education. I thought I could tough out the math program then go to graduate school for education. Well the math program is getting a little too tough. I've been struggling a LOT this quarter and I have come to realize I need to make a change if I want to teach math. I'm still waiting to hear from the two Purdue campuses I applied to but I'll be going to Purdue Calumet for sure if the main campus in Lafayette doesn't accept me. I'm going to miss everyone at RIT very much. I'm coming to visit 125466856233 times, of course! So my fellow RIT friends here on LJ, if you want to see me before I leave, let me know! Otherwise, let me know if you want to get together when I come to visit. I'm going to be visiting for about a week during your first week and half of winter quarter and again during my spring break and most likely in May.
