bum bum bum......
So I woke up this morning in a really really really crappy mood. Serious teenage angst issues were sprouting up like pimples...ew....But then I made tea and read the paper. I think that is the first time I've ever actually sat down and read the paper, it was a very educational experience. I shall have to repeat it more often. And, after three cups of tea, all angst was gone. Twas lovely. So then I spent a rather pleasurable morning reading for biology and playing with my iPod. I'm seriously addicted to that thing, it's so PRETTY! *snuggles iPod*
Now, unfortunately I am supposed to be doing PNC work. Ack, so annoying, I seriously don't care any more. No one listens to me anyway, and even when they do it doesn't actually matter. We have a phone interview tonight...which should bring oodles of exciting squabbling afterwards. *le sigh* Is it bad that I'm not really sure what I believe and am rather disillusioned towards Christianity right now, and yet am on the committee that picks our pastor? Hmmm...sounds a bit like a conflict of interest or something of that sort.
I'm supposed to go downtown with Jon sometime this week...I have no freaking time for that. Have decided that I want to go see Steve Zissou and the Life Aquatic instead, hopefully Jon will be okay with this idea as I have yet to tell him of the change of plans. I still have to finish two chapters of bio and write a humanities response. I seriously dislike the work for that class, but generally like the topics we study. Does anyone know when our cerebral excursion response is due?
I bought books! And I still have $20 left over, I <3 gift cards. I'm debating between buying either Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Hero, X-men, or comic books with the remaining money...what is your opinion? Now I still need to go to Michaels and Kmart, then all Christmas gift cards shall be dispensed with.
I think I need to stop buying earrings, but I've had 10 years of drooling over nifty pierced earrings that I couldn't wear and now that I can wear them I want them ALL. Gah! I've bought myself two new pairs and have gotten a bunch for Christmas/Birthday, but I need to stay away from the mall or I shall have no money and about a million earrings...not good.
