Update
So I guess my summer has gotten a little bit better. Work @ Fridays is actually fun sometimes :) I am really getting to like some of the people I work with so depending on who else is there, it can actually be a good time. That's good considering today will be day 5 in the 9 straight days I am working there. I dunno though, everyone makes me wanna be older there bc they all go out to bars & stuff together and I've been invited but I'm such the baby. Kinda sucks.
Because of that, I've really started thinking about the spring of my junior year and how much it's going to suck. All of my friends @ school will be 21 and then I will come home for the summer and all of my friends here will also be 21. It SUCKS when you are the absolute youngest out of EVERYONE. I am dreading this 10 month span of my life like you can't even beleive. I mean, I'm not a big drinker so really, the fact that I can't go into a beer distributor or liquor store and buy alcohol is whatever. It's that I won't be able to go out with everyone. EVERYONE will go out for their 21st bdays and I won't be able to. So, I'm looking into alternative plans. 1, I'll prolly need a bunch of younger friends. So I will have to swing that starting this year when younger ones are available. But my 2nd alternative is one that I have thought/known about for forever but now I just need to make it happen. I want more then anything else to go to Disney World for 2nd semester junior year and do the college program down there. I have read SOOOOOO much on this and it's DEFINITELY what I want to do. But there are so many roadblocks that I won't go into now. So I'm hoping that works out...
But whatever, my summer is getting better. Last Thursday I like actually went OUT for a night, like out of Aston. Haha. Me & Court went to the Y100 free Phantom Planet/Sugarcult concert @ Penns Landing. It was really fun. I mean, I knew like 4 songs MAYBE the whole time but it was still fun. Then we met up w/ Kev & Kris and went to the premeir of Anchorman (pays to have friends w/ connections). I thought it was hillarious. Like, don't waste your time on Dodgeball, really. But this one is a goody. Then we saw the Real World house. Had to, you know.
Friday night I had a family function thinger to go to and then I slept over Kristen's. Saturday night I hung w/ the fam, played games & watched a movie. And Sunday night a bunch of people came over my house & we played some games. That was fun, too. Geeky but fun. :) Last night I also like went out went out. I got dressed for real I mean, lol. But me & Kev went to PF Changs & then rented a movie. And I know that sounds very routine but it was just an all-around awesome night. We stayed @ dinner forever, like just talking and laughing and it was great :) Can't really explain I suppose.
Overall though, it's getting better :D. And I can't wait for va-kay next week. It's supposed to be so nice! Just a little update. Bye!
