It's Sunday and I'm so relaxed, too bad I have to go to work in two hours. Alas, its a short shift and I'll be done in time for dinner and church. Bryan's making biscuits and gravy. Beth just left from a weekend here in Indy. We had a good time yesterday. We had some Faz-Holis and then went to the Blue SkyGoodbye show. The show was different...first time I've felt like the oldest, most out of it person in the room. But it was fun and funny to see the scene. The band was great. Meli looked good too...great to see friends again. BTW- I have ornaments on my tree of my friends- one w/me, mel and bethy & one w/me and diskey. Haha... Don't worry Shlee, there's a pic of us in the lr! :)
Friday night we had the Cheer Christmas party. The girls are so nice. It was way better than last year. And I was thinking that this year I've not had one tiff w/the parents and by this time last year I had been called every name in the book. Happiness. I'm a bit bummed that I didn't get any gifts from them this year though...but i loved giving them their gifts from BBW. Anyways, post party we had a game and we got beat at the last second. It was an awesome game though. I really love bball season. It's not cold and its way more exciting I think. After the game I ran to Birdy's to catch the Over the Rhine show. It was awesome of course. It was soo hot in there but I made it through. Here's a funny thing though- I was standing next to my high school geometry teacher and didn't notice it til the end. Crazy. He's wierd though...the only guy to ever kick me out of class. Mr. English...wierd guy.
So I finally got the OTR Christmas Cd- something I've been asking for for years. Bryan is so good to me. Did I mention he's making breakfast for me too? How awesome is that?? There's a HUGE present in my living room. I can't wait to open it!
