I just got this email from DSP and I'm sure all of you already know about this, and I'm behind because I'm never on his new bbs and everything, but why didn't anyone tell me???

Ok I don't know what's going on. The Kaatavia girl posted on Eman's BBS and I asked if it was the same What's Left of Me from favorite enemy and she said no BUT she said she just happened to run into Eman as he was recording at the same studio as his friend.

Kaury of course jumped all over her case asking for a 5 point inspection proving it etc. If you wanna hurt yourself and go on and look at the "Eman" section of his BBS that is ruled by Kaury and her alias "Admin."

Weird thing is that What's Left of Me isn't registered to Nick anywhere on ascap or anything between the two.

Oh and my point about Kaatavia is that if she didn't really know Eman save for running into him how would she know if that's the same What's Left of Me or not?

I wouldn't have trusted hers (or Kaury's) opinions, but when I went to the board, there was a reply from Eman saying that it wasn't the same song he wrote before, and is a new one that he wrote with Nick.

I'm still iffy about the whole Nick Lachey thing in general, but as long as he's not selling his songs, I guess I can support them. :) And I would like to hear what he's done with Nick to make me actually like his singing. (I think Nick can sing well, I just have never really liked his songs myself)

As for Kaatavia... I think she just wanted to be "cool" LOL
