Tonight I ate fish. Tomorrow, I will eat fish. Tuesday, I will eat fish. It's a good thing I like fish. Bought some awesome stuff called Muscle Milk. It's packed with creatine to build muscle and and lean lipids to transfer fat into energy for performance enhancement, Good stuff. Tastes like a chocolate milkshake. It was pretty expensive, but my GNC card saved me 10 bucks. Yipee! Did weights. Today was arm, shoulder, and back day. Ran, biked, and then came home and watched a documentary on F 15 fighter planes. Pretty cool shit. Trimmed a couple pieces and threw 4 bowls. Hungry again, so I guess I'll have some more fish.
