Oh. So, during the plane crash, our cable went out as well (unrelated). So, mom and I had to watch the news on dad's tv which is hooked up to a converter box, which has the Hampton Roads channels. WTKR is still the worst channel in Hampton Roads. The man reporting at the apartments while the fire was still roaring was telling everybody about the time he put on a firesuit for a news story, and how hard it is to breathe in it. He went on about this for five minutes. All while smoke was pouring out of the apartments, people were helping firefighters drag the hoses, etc.

The jet crash totally erased the rest of the week, for a while, I forgot I went to a job interview the day before it, forgot to apply for one more job for my unemployment compensation.
