Damn I got flakes

Wednesday I went to an alumni event at the museum I volunteered at last Summer:
  • There was a girl there who is a senior at mbc. She acted really cold to me when I came in. I thought yeah whatever we were just in a couple of classes together and the girl never stfu about her stupid fiancee. The President of mbc had asked her to give a speech during the event, so she's talking about her time at MBC, yadda yadda friendships, hard classes, I have two minors blah blah, and then THEN at the end of the speech she just HAD to bring up how her friends at MBC are going to be bridesmaids at her wedding. Bitch just HAD to bring up her wedding. And then for the rest of the fucking night, old people came up to me and pointed to her and asked if she was the one getting married. I hate that even in 2010, someone getting married trumps everything else in life. Fuck graduating from college, fuck finding a job, if you're getting married you the queen of the whole freakin world.
  • The president of the college's husband came up to me, I guess word was going around that I haven't found a job yet since graduation - which is fine by me the more people who know I still don't have a job the better because he came up to me and sympathized, assuring me that the whole class of 2010 graduated in the worst economy, and its tough on everybody. A girl who graduated the same time I did came up to me with her mom and we both shared the same boat, being home after graduation living with mom.
  • There was free wine and beer there. Thank god, because I'm not allowed to drink at home--yeah I know, total hypocrite.
  • I got to take photos of the museum with my Lomo fisheye.

Oh, Les be trippin again. Luckily sitting on a park bench in NYC talking to yourself is a common occurrence. http://is.gd/gMSJc

In the hours it took to type this, i got an email from Macys asking me to schedule an interview. I don't know, its an hour and a half away.
