Sim-Vaded 016: Death
Claudia was at her apartment doing laundry, humming to the radio. She was enjoying her day off from the post office. She was waiting for her daughter, Billie, to get home from school. Billie usually walks home from school so Claudia took her time doing laundry before she would start dinner.
"Emergency Broadcasting! Simsinatti is under attack. Take shelter. Hide anywhere you can. Do not go out into the streets. Lock yourself in a room in your house and hide!"
Claudia gasped realizing that Billie was on her way home from school. The broadcast had been vague as to who was leading the attacks, but it had made it clear that the streets were dangerous. Grabbing her keys, Claudia knew she had to find Billie fast!
It had not taken the Yargattins long to find Billie. One male Yargattin reached for her arm. Billie, not realizing who or what had grabbed her, angrilly turned around to stand up for herself.
"Don't touch me!" She yelled, but when she turned around she was greeted by the green aliens.
"Someone hellp me!" Billie cried in fear. There were four of them surrounding her, leaving her no way out.
"URNA YAGGA NOMA," one of the aliens yelled at the other. Then they all started to close in on her.
"URNA MOI DUNA!" one of the females growled.
Claudia searched the deserted streets for her daughter. Many windows had been broken, a lot of buildings were on fire, and cars were left stranded in the streets.
Then Claudia heard the sound of her daughters scream, "Help!"
She ran over to her little girl and wrapped her in her arms. Startled to see the Yargattins, Claudia pulled her daughter into her chest.
"Please, she is just a little girl!" Claudia cried.
Then the Yargattins stood in defensive mode.
The male pulled out his evap ray. Aiming it right at Claudia.
"No please don't!" She cried.
"GONNA NAY!" Another alien ordered at the male.
Then with a press of the button he turned Claudia into dust.
Billie busted out in tears
"Mom!" Her words choked out in sobs.
Then that is when the aliens turned to her.
The one with the spikes came toward Billie! Billie glanced around not knowing where to run.
Abby, ran towards the little girl. She had watched the aliens kill the girls mother from her bedroom window, and she was not allow herself to watch the innocent child to be murdered to.
"Come on!" Abby cried at Billie, grabbing her hands. "Follow me, and run!"
The Yargattin with spikes took off after Billie and Abby.
"GUNO DON TUWN ARWIN." The words came out cold and bitter.
