I love that he's so damn active and wanting to enjoy his trip before being immobilized .

His attitude and the way he lives his life is really inspirational to a "scaredy-cat" like myself. Amazingly, due in large part to that inspiration, I've found myself taking more chances - not skiing down mountain chances, but chances all the same.

I know he's going to be miserable during the recuperation. Actually, I think kudos will need to go to his wife for having to put up with him!

Only Joe would climb up a high mounting, to sky down it, with a shoulder injury. Looks like he's having fun though!

It fits his personality, I don't think he enjoys being told he shouldn't do something.
