What a perfect look at the team being a team. I really enjoyed the interaction between them. I liked the way Carson understood Rodney, too.

Woo hoo! Glad to see it posted. Wonderful job, as always. I love the ending where Rodney compares John returning to his experiences in the submerged jumper. A nice moment between the boys.

I really loved this. I am reading this as a blizzard rages outside my window - excellent timing! The medical detail was incredible (as usual :D), and Rodney and Carson's reactions to the situation and to each other were perfect.

Bringing Rodney's experiences in the sinking jumper in at the end and helping John face that planet again was awesome. I didn't see it coming yet the story flowed into that moment so perfectly. I've found I have a hard time writing McKay (which I'm working on!), so it's always great to read a story like this where Rodney is written so well. Thank you!!

Thank you. I wrote this for Beth with the intention of it being medical heavy so I'm glad you enjoyed that aspect. I find writing John to eb tough, Rodney has been fleshed out more on the show to kind of get in his head, but yeah, I know what you mean about one fo the team being tough to write.

Still netless, but d/led you fic to my flashdrive :D

That was intense! I loved all the medical details, enough to make it real, not so much my eyes glaze over and all the yummy whump becomes lost. I think hypothermia is my new whump love, now:D
