Meghan's 4th of July Party
Yesterday wasn't as hot as I was hoping it would be. I had my bathing suit on underneath my dress so I could be ready to jump into the pool but it was way too windy. A lot of people showed up but not many people commited for the whole night. Only Jason, Edmund, Ian, Matt, and I went to see the fireworks. Meg and Cassie left a little too late and got stuck in traffic so they only saw a bit from their car. Although a lot of people left, I still had fun because the remaining people were the people I'm most comfortable with, anyway. Thanks to Meg for hosting a fab party at her wonderful apartment.

Afterwards, Jason and I met up with Travis and Vannessa at Travis' house. We ended up watching "Date Movie" because Travis DVR'd it (TiVo's sound effects are so damn annoying). The movie was entertaining, I suppose, but I didn't really laugh. They took many of their parodies too far, not as in "crossing the line" but they stretched it on for way too long to the point that it wasn't humorous anymore. After that, we called it a night.
I pretty much tossed my diet out the window (I've been on the cabbage soup diet), but hopefully I'll get back on track.
