I'm in Auckland, my last stop before I go home on Friday........
It's soooo sad! I really don't want to go.
I am looking forward to a white christmas and familiar food and all that, but I still hate the thought of leaving Middle-Earth!
I've had a fantastic year.......too fantastic to even begin to describe it.
There aren't many location-sites I haven't been to, but I still want to see it all again and again.
My favourites have been The plains of Rohan, Edoras, The paths of the Dead, Hobbiton, Pellennor Fields, Lothlorien, Ithilien, Rivendell, Weathertop, Fangorn Forest, Gladden Fields, Ford of Bruinen, Isengard, The Great River Anduin, Dunharrow, and........everywhere!
I've spent thousands of dollars on LOTR-stuff, among them, the Elven knife Of Aragorn, The ring of Barahir, The Elven brooch, books, posters, shot-glasses, and sooo much more.
And I have nowhere to put it! No home, no job, no family, and pretty soon, no money! :-)
I'm sure I'll figure it out..........I hope.
Auckland is HOT! Hot and humid. Maybe it won't be so bad to come home to winter wonderland.....?
