She was so innocent; sweet and unmistakably youthful. She held the world in that tiny hand of hers - held onto it so tightly. Nobody could break into her life. And she smiled when they spoke, laughed when they joked, and secretly wished to die.
Lonely, yet beautiful in her misery, not a soul guessed the thoughts she pushed away as they told her they loved her.
And they world ruined her. In all it's majesty and grace, it swallowed her all up with one big gulp, howeling with laughter. The world won again.
Until she met him - not a prince - not brave or clad in shining armor. Simply a boy as lonely as she...that wanted to hold someone as badly as she longed to be held.
And when they fit, they fit so perfectly the world gave up. It was them and nobody else. Nothing could ruin a love such a theirs; bound on words and secrets before kisses and lies.
