Congrats on the house! But I have to forwarn you that be prepared for the real world now. Shannon was telling me about you guys closing on the house. Stay close to pops in case ya'll need anything. When all the bills hit you it sucks! It's alot differnet than living for free. It's a good thing Bills' dad got him hooked up with Pepsi because the amount that Shannon told me you guys are going to pay for a morgage is an inormous amount. I had to show Shannon how to buget money really really good to surive.

When I first lived on my own I lived off of $6.00 an hour and it wasn't pretty. I hit rock bottom in my life, I weighed about 130 lbs When I shoud have weighed about 160 lbs. That was before I knew about food stamps. If it wasn't for me working two jobs before I meet Shannon and having alot of money saved up we wouldn't have been able to get our new house. Thanks to Shannon's dad we had a little to put back into our savings. But I'm very proud that we did it all on our own, because when it came time for closing nobody didn't give us any hand outs, we had to use our own money. And thank God that we did.

thanks! well because we bought from a prevously owned home, it usually gets down where the seller pays all closing cost, so they have to pay all the closing cost, so thats a good thing, but we did give them a 1000 dollars good faith money. but i thought you guys went through the ship program which gave you a down payment on the house? i could be wrong, but thats what i was told. we had to do 100 percent finacing so thats why our payment is alot and ours include our land taxes, does your mortgage? but yea thank God for pepsi, but bill bust his ass there. its not too easy work. but thats what we gotta do. well we move in next friday, so give us a call.

Oh ya thats good, with are house we only paid 100 thousand for it. It was 130 thounsand but the ship program is differnt it pays of a procentage of your home it doesnt help you with the closeing coast. If you fall into a income braket then your in and the income braket also goes by how many kids you have, the more kids the more you are aloud to make a year befor taxes. If I recal you could make like 40 thousand a year depending on how many kids you have and still get into the program. The ship paid the 30 thousand off so are house was only 100 thousand. We had to fork up a littel over a couple thousand for closeing out of what used to be my saveings ,close to three for closeing. The ship program is hard to get into and takes classes that Shannon and I had to sit in for hours and it takes alot of paper work. We had to drive to Palm coast over to Jax for all this. It was alot of work its for people that are considered low income trying to get a home in St.Augie. You and Bill I know could of got in if you all have good credit , Shannon and I where told are credit was alomost as high as you can get it. also the program is to help people get a home in a town like this where the cost of liveing has sky rocked and it crazy to buy a home with what there asking. Shit there where fire fighters in there with there family trying to apply. ya All tell you what I dont blam Bill for working hard at Pipse if somone would pay me to work hard I would. Work around hear wants you to alomost bust your ass for nothing.

Shannon told me that Bills been threw his fair share of shit jobs so I dont feel to bad hopefuly id like to work for myself ive got some ideas.ive had my share of bust ass jobs and took alot of shit and I would of delt with it if I was makeing what Bill is , its hard to make that starting out. Ya but back to the house questions we pay are taxes at the end of the year its a littel cheaper. Thank God I had that money saved up becase we wouldnt of had the closeing cost nobody would of helped us out. Who has three grand laying around , also we looked into how much are house is worth now and it went up to 150 thousand Ya im glad hopefuly it will keep going higher with land and houses hard to get hear in St.Augie. Whats nice is are home is built from concreat brick so thats good for hurricanes and it came with steel shuters that you can put up. Whats you alls home built out of?

I didnt even try with the ship program because we made too much money to qualify for floridas first time homebuyers, and thats above the ship program. yea im glad we dont have to pay for the closing cost. i wanted to do it where we pay the taxes at the end of the year but our mortgage company wont let us do it for a couple years. homes are way too expensive around here. but we got a good deal for what we got, with the house and the land, a backyard is real important to us, because hunter loves to be outside and so does bill.(i prefer the indoors) yea you gotta go to jax to make good money. im going to get a nursing assistant job here soon, i just have to take a 4 hour cpr class. but i really like working at winn dixie, im not making good money though. so i might as well put my cna license to use. buying a new house, is one hell of a learning experience!!! i cant wait til its all over!

Thats weird that you all didnt make it into the ship program? Do you all have good credit? Becase theres this Manger when I worked at MacDonalds and he made like 50 grand a year ,he has been there forever thow. Also he told me that he had good credit, and he was aproved. Maybe you didnt realy understand the program anybody can aply and get in they pay certain amounts for differnt incomes. The more you make the less you can get, still you can make a prtty good amout even more if you have kids. The program is from the government to help familys that arnet rich and cant aford or find a home in a resonbile price range. It has nothing to do if your poor or make to much, it does have to do if you make like a hundred grand a year than they feel like you are the type of people that can easly get a house. Also its based on your creditbilty becase if you cant pay your morgage and lose your house with in the first couple of years than the government feels like people dont care and are just wasteing there money and some ass hole with bad credit can bid on your home that was takeing away form you and get in with out haveing to pay the full amount like the person befor them that got money from the ship.

We where lucking enough to find these bran new homes being built and we got acpted into the ship program.Shannon and I where looking in Hasteings when we new we got actcepted and there was less land at this house we looked at and it wasnt brand new. They wanted like 100 thousand for it in the middel of no ware. Shannon and I wanted bran new and we got it plus the house is just as valueble as land when its buit well with conreat. The ship program is willing to help with a home you are intrested in ,theres some rich people trying to get in hear theres this guy down the street that dirves a Corvett. Shannon and I road buy you alls new home it looks nice and we looked at the back yard a littel. It looks biger alitel than ares but it dosent seem that big for four wheelers and stuff. Are yard isnt that big but its a nice size ,and who wants to moe all that shit when you have a huge yard. Plus are home is in a good naborhood which I think will stay that way becase of the area. That also brings up value, are yard isnt that much smaller than you alls it seemed. Ya it looks biger thow, the only reson land is so expenive is becase theres hardlt any houseing left people dont care how much land there realy is anymore just how well the homes built. Lands expencive becase all the homes are taken. Only rednecks want land for horses and other stuff, but who cares its a home right like you said its just for liveing in. Good luck with you alls home hopefuly its in as good condtion as it looks and wont have any problems with it for a while. PEACE

Bill has excellant credit, people were surprised with the credit he has. I'm happy with the way we did things. We got a really good deal on the house. About 6 months ago we were going to buy a house for 175,000 and it was smaller than the one that we're buying now, and our yard was our septic tank, so i'm glad we didn't! We just bought new couches yesturday, and we're going to go buy a new bed and tv today. I cant believe all the stuff we have to buy! Its fun though, because i'm soo excited!

Ya its exciteing , but im not into matiral stuff it never truly satifys me. LOL I could leave in a very simple envorment and be totaly happy. To me it seems like you dont realy have fun with something untill its broken in. You know when its brand new it kinda owns you than after awhile when you lost intrest in it and you cant keep it perfect anymore than you dont care so much and let go and have fun with it. Not saying that we shouldnt take care of what we have but not to let it own you. Ive noticed with me that when I want something I usaly dont realy need it im just board for the moment and when I relize that I end up still useing my old stuff till it wears out. Ya it sounds like you all need it thow , you goota have something to sit on right LOL and who the hell cant live without a T V ? Thats like the only entertament in St.Augustine LOL . Plus with you all moveing from papas house to Ant galles who would want to bring a littel bit of fruniture when theres no room for it. Rooms to Go I thinkg you can get a good deal where you dont have to pay it off untill 2009 which is kinda nice. Hope you all enjoy the house PEACE.
