I sent a web-based enquiry to a new relocation company today at approximately 1 pm. Someone called me from said company at 1:25 pm. NOW THAT'S MORE LIKE IT. This is a company I found randomly online, not from anyone's recommendation, but so far I don't care about that. She sounded quite together and brisk but still friendly and chatty. They're coming round to do a survey next Thursday as they're all booked up until then. The woman told me they're nearly overrun with work at the moment--FORTY enquiries a day. Man, is this recession business depressing.
If anyone knows anything bad about AMC Removals, I'm not even sure I want you to warn me at this point, but go on.
