Apartment hunt; brutal honesty

"Leave a comment if you want to know what I really think of you, and I'll reply and tell you. No lies, all honesty.

Post it in your journal after I do yours so I can see the reverse."

Meh, why not. Might as well. Hope I don't get myself into any sort of trouble. :P

Our block sold to the same company that Shawn and I used to work for in North Bay, and they want to tear all the buildings down to build a Boston Pizza, of all things. After talking with our new landlords, we expect to get the 60 day eviction notice next week, and thus we are going to our first apartment viewing tonight. Ugh, and we got such a good deal on this place too... >:(

Work is better than I'd thought it would be. Kristal Lee is pleased. Old ladies are surprisingly great customers. Ok, that sounded awful of me, but... you know what I mean. Anyways, they're 99% polite and understanding, unlike so many other "customers" I've had to deal with in past jobs. (The drug addicts trying to get more narcotics at the pharmacy would probably be at the top of the list.) I almost LOLed when the boss showed me the job description paper and the first thing I saw listed (selective reading?) was "DIRECT SUBORDINATES".

I have SUBORDINATES. This rocks.
