Booooring

So i'm bored... to say the least. My mouth pain has officially calmed down to an ache... i'm still taking vicodon though because i'm afraid that it will start hurting, and I do like the calming effect it has. So I went to my mom's neigborhood last Tuesday because I had a gyno appointment for my yearly pap test... ha ha I went back to her house and they were cleaning out my old room, which has been plagued by every single toy that i've owned since I was born (Which is a lot because my dad spoiled me rotten, but i'm a child of divorce and he was riddled with guilt) and I brought My Pet Monster home, my bowling ball (it even has my initials engraved in it's hot pink splendor) and my pig nose amplifier... (tiny battery powered amp). It was like a blast from the past. I couldn't find my Jem dolls... but tons of Poppils were resurected as well as a few care bears...

I used to be on a mother/daughter bowling league with my mom. I used to be embarassed by this fact, but the more i realize that i'm actually a huge dork, the more i realize that i'm simply proud by this fact.

PETA is mailing me over 100 door hangers that i am to put on neighboring door knobs in my area to protest the March of Dimes... Everyone thinks this organization is so spectacular but in their do-goodings they manage to kill thousands of animals per year with their crewl testings and viva-sections. Oi. I'm just one of those people that tends to prefer the company of animals to most people. So if anyone wants to help me hang these on knobs around their neighborhoods... just let me know.
My girlfriend and I went to the Capital Area Humane Society to adopt a cat (I want another dog but i'm not allowed) and to volunteer... I learned while we were there, that they only euthanize the animals when they're diseased and viscious... which I suppose is good that they're not putting them down just to make space. The shelter is very very clean and the animals are all in very good health. Franklin County animal shelter is in fact disguisting and they euthanize their animals much much more. I can never step foot inside without crying my eyes out, and wanting to take every single dog home.

We went and saw Tori Amos in Cleveland last Saturday night- It was at the Tower City Ampitheatre which i've never been to before... It's loads better than the Scene Ampitheatre (better known as the old Nautica Stage). This is the first time I saw Tori in a couple years... the audience has changed... it used to be all Fairies and goth kids walking around, but there were a lot of ordinary people and middle-agers there. It was a nice atmosphere though...minus the twisted girls sitting behind us that screamed and giggled about flip-flops the whole night. Tori played all the classics and some new... but she didn't play Hey Jupiter which made me sad... but that's alright.

I feel like I need a nap...
