WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!! The Aussies can definitely throw a party!!! so last night was the year 12 formal, which is basically like a prom but only for the year 12 kids from coombabah, this made it really really personal, and fun because it was partying with your mates who you see everyday, and also gives you a chance to party with the people you might not normally party with, anyways, it was totally awesome! everyone looked really good, and everyone went full out: hair makeup, dress, accessories, just gorgeous! At one point we all did a progressive dance that we had already learned, so an entire class of students, plus the teachers all dancing at the same time. Sooo cool, teachers and students would never ever do that in the states! I went in a limo with four of my friends and they announced our names and everyone was taking our pictures as we walked down the red carpet. And for those who haven't heard I did make my own dress which did get finished on time(just barely), but it worked. Well the formal was great and the afterparty was better, everyone went home, changed and met at a warehouse which we hired for the night, and it was again really cool, because it was just all of everyone's mates from school for basically the last time(except for schoolies), the best part was when our year coordinator, and his wife, both teachers, showed up to party with us. ok well i really need to work on posting pictures somewhere, so you all can see what I've been up to.
