so i am very excited...... I got my cast off today weeeeee.....and i don't need to wear my knee brace all the time anymore just when i know ill be on my feet for a super long time so i am very happy about these things!!!! ok well thats all the news OH and my neice rolled over today!! super cool ok thats all ttfn
