Yeah so I haven't actually updated this thing in awhile
Here's some shit that's happened
Labor Day weekend we went up to the Graefs', as per usual. I dressed up all pretty, Billy was a retard as usual. It was pouring for like the first time ever so mommy and I smuggled a bottle of wine inside. I didn't really get that drunk, but Billy did. The Graef band played and was quite talented. On the usual Best Buy trip Billy bought me Animal Crossing for DS. yay!
Then I went to see Alex and we watched tv with his friends and didn't drink that much because we're like old people. We went to bed fairly early and the next day he made me oatmeal and a bagel since everything was closed for Labor Day.
The following day I had Arden school. I got some neat stuff, but the school itself probably could have been cut in half because the lady kept repeating the same shit over and over. I guess it makes a difference whether this is your career or not.
From school I went straight to Gettysburg to visit wifey! We went out to this pub place and we ate delicious food, but there was way too much. Oops. And we had raspberry martinis. And I played with a puppy! I went home the next day but not after first going to a diner for lunch and having lovely chicken and dumpling soup!
Wow I actually had a lot of days off that week, it was amazing.
That Friday I went to H&M and bought a pretty outfit. Then I got my eyes done by Chanel and was hot for dinner at Pod for Dawnish's birthday! It was delicious and fun, and we were excited for our colourful drinks! I had two purple drinks plus tons of sake, and was fine because I ended the night with a kirin ichiban. Dawnish loved her vanilla sake, bartending book and awesome Elizabeth Arden Sueded Browns eyeshadow quad. They were playing Sailor Moon Super, it was odd. The Miso soup comes in a HUGE bowl which makes me very happy. Too bad her brother was being a curmudgeon that night.
The next Tuesday was The Who, who were awesome. I only wish they played some stuff from Quadrophenia. And The Kids are Alright. I drank whiskey sours all night which were called "squeeze box sours." It would have been even better if I hadn't had work at 8:45 the next day.
Which began the goodwill sale. Let's just say I have spent WAY too much during this sale.
Last Thursday was Blue Oyster Cult with Billy and Jeffy. That was also awesome, except no encore! They also didn't play Dominance and Submission or Astronomy. :( But I got an awesome shirt. And Jeffy got wasted before the show was even over. We were sitting in the far left front of the theatre and after the intermission he couldn't find his way back to the seat. Yet we still went to Finney's afterward and did karaoke. We ended the night, the three of us, singing Paradise by the Dashboard Light. I was pretty awesome, I have to admit, but they can't sing sober, let alone as wasted as they were. OH WELL.
Then Sunday night after work I went right to Dawnish's. We went out to eat at this sandwich place and dealt with the most retarded waiter EVER. Dawnish's margarita had no booze in it. He's all like "oh I'll fix it...what do you want in it, vodka, rum?" She's like uh...it's a margarita, how about tequila? He then put tequila and way too much triple sec in it. My drink came late too. And he kept like sitting on my bag. And trying to get the numbers of EVERY GIRL IN THE PLACE. The sandwiches were good though. Then we went to a bar and I drank guiness and she drank Heineken. It turned out to be like a sports bar. Oops. But these guys were actually pretty nice. They bought us jaeger bombs and weren't even creepy! We walked to Wawa because I knew I was going to be hungry soon and then went back to her place. She called her boyfriend and was joking that he should come visit and five minutes later he called and said he was on his way with his coworker. When they got there they must have thought I was wasted because of how hard I was laughing at Family Guy, but dude I always laugh that hard at Family Guy. Oh well. After they left we watched TV for a while, and then yesterday we went to McDonalds for lunch and had a shopping spree at CVS.
Then while she was in the bathroom I called Alex. He was so bitchy to me for some reason, he's never been like that before. I got in a really depressed mood, and finally just went home. I think it was just a bad time for him but I was sad.
Today I was supposed to go to the movies with Rebecca from work but she called to ask if I just wanted to get a drink after work instead. It's a good thing too because I ended up getting a bug and was sick for a few hours after that and then passed out. Then I took Gilly to Starbucks and got back just in time for Dancing with the Stars (go Mario!) and Boston Legal.
Hopefully I'm better by tomorrow. I think I am. I'm hungry now, just scared to eat.
Oh and in other completely random news, I am totally obsessed with Panic! at the Disco and I have no idea why. This is the first new band in English that I have been this obsessed with in A WHILE. Like...since the BSB I guess.
