Nnhg, sorry LJ, it just takes so long to make a post and twitter is just so much easier...

ANYWAY all I did this month was go to cons and write my novel. The novel is going pretty okay, except it's a piece of crap XD And not writing itself like it did last year because it's full of IMPERIAL FAMILY BULLSHIT instead of high school shenanigans. Buuuut I'm on track to get to 50k soon enough and there isn't so much that will be left unwritten this time. Maybe I'll even let you guys order the thing off create space, since I'm getting a free proof copy through them anyway, harhar.

A NOTE ON YAOI CON since I went to that but am too damn lazy to post pictures right now because we took too many as usual: Was mass amounts of fun. The masquerade was hilarious as usual. The one panel I tried to go to was canceled AGAIN (the same thing happened last year wtf) but the husbands managed to get a fake version of it going because they're awesome. I made everyone go see Astro Boy with me because I love that freakin' movie and apparently everyone enjoyed it as well.
We did EPISODE 1 Pandora Hearts cosplay on Friday and Saturday and promptly wanted to kick ourselves because the Kuroshitsuji meet was on Saturday so we missed it (since other!Roy was doing Code Geass and saving Kuroshitsuji for Sunday)
BADASS Kuroshitsuji happened on Sunday, followed by Professor Layton in the evening. I don't even freaking like Kuroshitsuji, but that costume is always strangely fun to wear (and we look so damn good in it)
There was much love for the Professor cosplay, but since we've worn those so many times already it didn't feel like the first time we'd worn it to a con. It was a very strange feeling...

ALSO SOME PMX even though I didn't get any pictures and will have to get Maes to bother Ted for them because he took some: Very boring. Sat around and did nothing both days.
SATURDAY was Hetalia with Diana. She had a pack of French flag stickers and sneakily put them on every Hetalia cosplayer she could find. We, for some strange reason, were compelled to visit the Hetalia panel (nothing better to do, after all) and promptly escaped because we were terrified, or our minds were bleeding or something like that. Then we sat around in Kuroshitsuji for a long time waiting for a very short photo shoot to happen. I bloodied up my face because I think it looks cool, but Bard and I were the only freakin' servants, so I really shouldn't have.
SUNDAY I did FMA with the husbands and we sat around and did nothing again. While we were people watching, these vocaloid girls set up small speakers and started doing the carameldansen so I joined them. (they were cute, I couldn't possibly stay away!) and we also heard the pokemon theme song, so Roy and I got up and did as much of the Fanime skit dance as we could remember. The husbands brought along some girl from their Japanese school, but shortly after I found out she liked Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy, I discovered that she also HATES everything I love. So I was like "Hm, no, nevermind."

THEN THERE WAS A WRITE-IN AT DISNEYLAND which was great~ I got a ton done and then a bunch of us just played in the park after dinner. This weekend was the write-in at the Grand Californian, which was also nice. I love that particular ML, she gets us going on writing sprints and it actually keeps me productive.

Thiiiiiiiis week I went to a write-in last night because I sat down at my house to write and knew I was distracted from the start. Tomorrow the other ML wants to do a pre-thanksgiving write-in in the evening, so I'll probably go to that. I work black Friday (obviously) but we might be doing a left-over-party/write-in. Then, on Saturday, one of the other writers is hosting an all night write-in at her house. If I don't finish this week, there is something seriously wrong with my novel.

I'M REALLY BORING. But that has been my life for the past month, looooolz.
