Supernatural 3x13: Ghostfacers and a meme
First, I finally saw Ghostfacers and OMG! I can almost hear fandom's collective squeal two weeks later.
1. I love love LOVE that the Hellhounds are back and that they're humping the legs of reality TV. While I've enjoyed Ghost Hunters on occasion, I think I'm far more amused by these guys.
2. Corbett is adorkable in every way. He was totally doomed. Then again (even though I know ghosts are supposed to cancel each other out when they do that thing, it would have been pretty cool for them to have a late teammember.)
3. Gay love WILL save the day, Ed. Yes it will. That might be the greatest line in the history of the series, and it wasn't even uttered by Sam and Dean.
4. I guess people wanted more Winchester action, and I get that, but I really like the redemptive nature of someone else saving the day with the tools Sam and Dean gave them. It's like their legacy will live on in dorkdom forever.
5. And when we *did* see the Winchesters, they were vintage. Amazing. I love that Dean *almost* opened up to Spruce's camera and caught himself just in time. I love that this is their Grand Canyon. I love that all Dean's methodical search for clues to the killer went to shit when Sam was in trouble. I love that they have dirty mouths when the director can bleep them out. Just. Love. it All.
I guess I'll see the next one whenever they upload it to cwtv.com. Though, not gonna lie, I'm getting nervous to see how they wrap everything up in just a few more eps...

This is one of the first icons I made and was mostly about playing around with brushes. Plus I thought the bunnies were cute. It does remind me that I have to do a major icon overhaul at some point in the near future, though.
This one is by realala, and I love it because on the rare occasions I get to use it, I always start humming the song, and end up in a better mood than when I started.
This is another one I don't have occasion to use all that often and should probably rotate out, but I thought it was such a cool stick photo from Getty, I couldn't resist. I'd just started playing with cows at school and love seeing the cow and horse together.
This pretty much fals into the category: Sam is the cutest woobie EVAR. Um, I picked it up during the part of S2 (I think) when I thought the boys might never smile again. I also have plenty of icons of them smiling, just to make me feel better.
This one tvm made for me, and it's totally love in a basket, the best understated Christmas icon ever, because she has a particular gift for simple and elegant (and PUPPIES, of course).
I need to finish my spring layout -- the colors for everything but the background are totally off. I just, don't have the oomph to do it right now. *sigh*
