"David assumes it’s something sexual from the proud reaction from Marat."

OMO. RAFA SHOWS UP. FUCKING AMAZING SPANISH ARMADA DRAMA LLAMA SCENE. JUAN CARLOS MANAGES TO CAUSE EXISTENTIAL BREAKDOWN IN NOVAK WITH ONE CONVO.
I'm torn between cheering on the hot threesome with my OTP and knowing this is supposed to be Ferrer/Ferrero and so I should be cheering on David and not thinking that Marat & Juanqui should clearly be focusing their crazy plans on each other (or just be too busy fucking) for the sake of everyone else's safety.

Also A+ unexpected interjection from Marcel. Admist all the superheroing and convoluted romances, it's easy to forget there's actually people trying to become pro (or at least good) tennis players. and the requisite drama that goes with that.

Thanks for writing this Kris! (Hope you've been well <3.)

I'm thinking listing the pairing from the start saved myself a lot of grief from you :D But this is what Juan Carlos and David get for not acting on their feelings - torture from Marat.

The tennis angle is coming in more and more to this story - especially now that Rafa is finally involved.

When I was looking for Andy articles from around 2005, I stumbled upon this article intertwining Andy and Marcel's careers at that point. Rather odd to read now.

Glad you enjoyed.

I love how this is developing, and how everything is all intertwined...but, most of all, I love this:

Younger-brother-mocks-him-on-the-court Marcel?

[But, then, I reckon you knew I'd say that :p]

Of course you would :) even though I wondered about David being the one who described Marcel this away. Then I realized that David is likely repeating Juanqui's words to make his point clear.

Glad you enjoyed.
