Fill layer: #b097c2
set to exclusion 40%

TWO
Brightness/contrast layer
contrast +44 --set to softlight 100%

THREE
Hue/sat layer
reds
hue: +5
sat: +23
normal 47%

FOUR
Color balance
midtones: +11 0 +6
shadows: -1 +4 +4
highlights: - 6 0 +13

FIVE
Fill layer: #f8fe14
set to exclusion 13%

SIX
duplicate the brightness/contrast layer we did before
bring to top and set to soft light 57%

SEVEN
Fill layer: #7ddb01
set to darken 8%

EIGHT
Fill layer: #404040
set to lighten 65%

NINE
Brightness/contrast layer
contrast +20 normal at 57%
