Day 2

"Rise and shine Dream Trippers!" as our chaperon Sharon gave a sounding morning call LOL

Couldn't bear to wake up cos' I DIDN'T GET ENOUGH OF THE COMFY BED! It's sooooo soft and sooooo big! I felt like I was sinking into a bed of cotton wool, hmm~ just imagine~
Especially when we slept at 5am -_____-

So delighted at the sight of a super duper delectable breakfast! :D

And the day of non-stop action began! Food, shopping and sightseeing - all in a day!

I have to mention this: IF YOU INTEND TO TRAVEL TO BANGKOK, YOU DIE DIE MUST TRY THEIR POLO FRIED CHICKEN!
OMG IT IS SO CRISPY & DELICIOUS!!! Their way of cooking the chicken is quite different! *Highly recommended*

3pm: After a more than satisfying meal, we hopped down to Platinum Fashion Mall for one of ladies' favourite pastimes (not mine though): SHOPPING!
It was a heavy traffic jam to the shopping mall and we realized it was the Reds who were causing it.

It was free and easy shopping for 2-3 hours there. Bargaining doesn't really work in the mall, I guess cos' they are proper fashion stores so...
But I did manage to get stuff (clothes and shoes) at less than SGD10 per item (so affordable right!), which made my shopping experience there so pleasant :) especially whenever I think of shopping in Singapore... which is comparatively more expensive -_-  Of course, the price range differs, depending on your expectation for quality and what you buy at the mall as well.

In fact, I would suggest that you cross over to the opposite side of the Platinum Fashion Mall instead where there is this large wholesale market (something like Singapore's Bugis Street but greater variety and bigger) and you can get the SAME item that you see in the mall, at a price almost 50% lesser or more (there's opportunity to bargain somemore *wink wink*)!

I bought most of my clothes, accessories etc there actually! Unfortunately, I didn't manage to walk through the entire 'pasar malam'... if only there was more time!

Refer to FB for photos of our LOOT!

I LOVE the dinner cruise best! What a rejuvenating and composed evening to end a bustling day :)
And the scenic view of the city lighting at night... oh so beautiful...

Oh by the way, I was wearing Air Optix contact lens and I LOVE IT! Although it was a pretty long day, it's very comfortable and my eyes still looked crisp and crystal clear during the night! Awesome :)

Enjoyable trip isn't it?! So lucky :P

Wait till you hear more about our adventure on Day 3...
